Parking Permits

Residential Parking Permit

Residents who reside within the Residential Parking Scheme can apply for a parking permit for their vehicle and for visiting vehicles.  A maximum of three (3) residential permits may be issued to a single property, however this is reduced by the number of off-street parking spaces available for that household.  Daily Visitor and Tradesperson permits can be applied for in addition to this allocation.

 

Beach Parking Permit

Waverley residents and ratepayers can apply for a discounted permit that allows unlimited parking in Queen Elizabeth and Park Drives (Bondi Beach) and Bronte Cutting (Bronte) for 6 or 12 months.  Further discounts may apply for concession card holders.  Non-Waverley residents and businesses can apply for a full-priced permit that allows unlimited parking in Queen Elizabeth and Park Drives (Bondi Beach) and Bronte Cutting (Bronte) for 3, 6 or 12 months.

Motorcycles/Scooters Resident Parking1st, 2nd or 3rd free residential permit at the property.
Beach - Resident / Ratepayer Parking PermitDiscounted unlimited parking at Bondi Beach car parks and Bronte Cutting.
Daily Visitor Parking PermitPack of 10 passes that provide one (1) day parking for each pass within a residential parking area.
Annual Visitors Residential Parking12 month permit for one (1) visitor vehicle, applied for by the resident.
Short Term Visitor Parking30 day permit for one (1) visitor vehicle, applied for by the resident.
Interim Residential Parking PermitResident permit for a vehicle not registered to the Waverley address, cannot not be renewed or extended.
Annual Visitor Parking Multi VehicleOne transferable permit for up to three (3) visitor vehicles, applied for by the resident.
Carer's Residential ParkingDiscounted residential permit for the official carer of the applicant.
Tradesperson Residential Parking7-day permit for a trade vehicle, applied for by the resident.
Non-Residents Beach Parking PermitUnlimited parking at Bondi Beach car parks and Bronte Cutting.
