Below is a list of the Certificate request types that you can lodge online. Please select the required certificate type/s and click the continue button. The Cost displayed for each certificate type applies to each property requested.

Please note that online payments will automatically attract a 0.8% payment processing fee.



A Planning Certificate (2) cannot be upgraded to a Planning Certificate (2&5), or a (5) ordered separately - please consider your needs prior to ordering your certificate. Section 10.7 (2) Planning Certificates $62.00 A section 10.7 (2) planning certificate provides information about the zoning of the property, relevant planning controls and other property affectations.
Please note: in most instances your request will be processed within 15 minutes.
Section 10.7 (2)&(5) Planning Certificates $156.00 A section 10.7 (2)&(5) planning certificate provides information available in a section 10.7 (2) planning certificate as well as additional information that council chooses to include such as site specific controls or planning controls for the minimum lot size for subdivision.
Please note: in most instances your request will be processed within 15 minutes.
Section 603 Rating Certificates $100.00 A section 603 rating certificate provides information about outstanding rates, charges or otherwise, in respect of a parcel of land.
Please note: your request will be processed within 3-4 business days.
Section 603 Rating Certificates - Urgent $177.00 A section 603 rating certificate provides information about outstanding rates, charges or otherwise, in respect of a parcel of land.
An urgent request will be processed within 1 business day and attracts an additional cost.
Section 735A & 121ZP Outstanding Notices or Orders $165.00 Section 735A & 121ZP Outstanding Health/Fire Notices or Orders.
Requests should be made only on the base/common property for strata titled buildings.
